This policy explains how VRAJPREM REALTY LLP ("VRAJPREM", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit rajprem.in or its property pages, fill in one of our forms, respond to our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
1. Who we are
VRAJPREM REALTY LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ADA-4846) offering real estate brokerage, advisory, development and property management services in Delhi NCR and Mathura–Vrindavan. Registered office: A6 Ashram Vihar, Chhatikara Road, Sunrakh Bangar, Vrindavan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281121.
2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city and, if you choose, company name.
- Your enquiry: the property you are interested in and your answers to our questions, such as budget, intended use, who you are buying for and when you would like to visit.
- Advertising and website data: the ad, campaign and page that brought you to us, and basic technical data such as browser, device and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Call and chat records: notes of our conversations and, where you are told in advance, call recordings for quality and training.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, bank, card or government ID numbers through our forms.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and share details of the property you asked about.
- To call, WhatsApp, text or email you to arrange and follow up on site visits.
- To keep a record of your enquiry in our customer relationship system.
- To show you relevant follow-up ads and measure which of our ads work.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and protect our rights.
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run our tools for us, such as our CRM (HubSpot), advertising platforms (Meta and Google), our WhatsApp messaging and calling providers, and our website host (Vercel). They may store data outside India under their own safeguards.
- Our partners and staff who handle your enquiry or site visit.
- The property owner, only where needed to progress a transaction you asked us to pursue.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data while we handle your interest in a property and for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer. After that we delete or anonymise it.
6. Cookies and advertising
Our pages and ads use cookies and pixels from Meta, Google and HubSpot to measure visits and ad performance and to show follow-up ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it where we no longer need it, stop contacting you or withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you.
To use these rights, or to stop calls and messages, email piyush@rajprem.in. You can also reply "STOP" to any WhatsApp message from us.
8. Security
We use access controls and reputable service providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so contact us at once if you think your data has been misused.
9. Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
